Celsius Resources (ASX/AIM: CLA) has announced the first drawdown from the funding arrangement with Mahalika Investment Corporation.

This will aid in the Feasibility Study update and the FEED program at the MCB Project.

Given the increased operational factors around the technical and financial aspects of these developments at the MCB Project, Neil Grimes, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Neil has worked extensively in the mining sector in the Philippines, and his experience of operations in-country, working alongside the MCB Project team, will continue to be of significant benefit to the Company’s operations.

Celsius Resources Ltd is happy to announce the first drawdown from the funding arrangement with Mahalika Investment Corporation. This will aid in the Feasibility Study update and the FEED program at the MCB Project. Neil Grimes has been appointed as Executive Director to manage the increased operational factors at the project. The company remains confident in completing the Feasibility Study update and starting construction by late 2025. Alongside, we are progressing towards becoming a Copper and Gold Producer in the Philippines while focusing on responsible resource and mining development. The MCB Project has shown promising results with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and a Study that indicates a potential 25-year mine life with pleasing financial returns. We are committed to maintaining a transparent financial management approach and welcome questions from our investors on the recent operational update and future milestones.
